The Singles tournament has been very exciting this year! We have a major sponsor--Tommy Hilfiger--providing cash prizes and apparel for players and spectators (more later). We have partnered with Kings County Tennis League to gather used tennis equipment for a kids tennis program. And finally, we have a number of upsets in the draw which are making things very interesting!

Action begins at 9am on Saturday, August 20 with Quarterfinals. Semis will be at noon and the Final will be played on Sunday at 10am. 

Apparel Giveaway - Tommy Hilfiger has generously provided us with apparel and equipment in addition to cash prizes. All quarterfinalists will receive a package. We also have a number of apparel packages for spectators who come out this weekend. Just check in with a member of the tennis association and enter to WIN!

Equipment Drive - We collected 4 rackets and donated a number of Fort Greene Tennis shirts to the Kings County Tennis League. They would love to get more, so come out and bring your gently used equipment (rackets especially needed).

Draw - We have a number of new singles players in the draw and have seen some big upsets. Action continues at 9am Saturday morning with the Quarterfinals. Semi-finals follow at noon. It will be some exciting tennis watching so stop by the courts! Check out action photos on our Facebook page.
